AVA is The Home of Beautiful Things. We are the Philippines' first invitation-only shopping community offering hand-picked designer labels. We offer members weekly private sales featuring the finest design objects – from fashion and home to decor and art. With our team of experienced and renowned buyers, AVA curates only the finest and best value items from known and desired brands.
2. WHO IS AVA FOR?
AVA targets upmarket, fashion-forward women in the Philippines. Between 21 to 40 years old, they are usually busy working professionals. They shop for apparel and accessories frequently, and more recently, online. They can afford to pay premium prices but won't simply buy luxury for luxury's sake. They are sophisticated buyers and discriminate their purchases based on value instead of buying the highest priced item. For them, fashion is about building a collection of timeless investment pieces, and less about buying faddish pieces that wear out before the year ends. They see themselves as trendsetters and opinion leaders, frequently sharing the latest news about brands with close friends.
3. HOW DOES AVA WORK?
It's really quite easy! After registering, you'll will be receiving e-mails prior to exclusive sales. Notifications will include date and times of the sale, featured brands, a catalog of every item, and detailed information on each piece.
4. WHAT ARE AVA SHOPS?
AVA Shops are permanent online boutiques for individual brands—giving brands a dedicated storefront in AVA.
5. WHAT ARE AVA SALES?
AVA Sales are limited time sales, usually running from 1–4 weeks. Hurry, as stocks are often limited!
6. WHAT IS A "FLASH" SALE?
A flash sale is a sale with a limited time frame. A few days before each sale, we will be sending an email reminder to the community with details on the brands we'll carry plus the date and time of the sale. Each sale will have a limited duration and feature very limited items. Members will get to see a full description of the brand, a lookbook/catalog of every item with very detailed information on each. We'll even feature editorial content on how to wear the item.
7. WHAT ARE CURATORS' PICKS?
AVA's curators carefully select our tightly-edited portfolio of merchandise. On a regular basis, we ask our curators to highlight their favorite pieces and bring them straight to you! Each curator's profile is filled with rare and delicious finds!
8. HOW IS SHOPPING AT AVA BETTER THAN SHOPPING IN BOUTIQUES?

9. HOW DO I PAY?
Upon checkout, you can decide on different payment options – through Paypal, major credit cards, bank transfer payments, and cash-on-delivery!
As with typical online shops, shipping is an additional fee. Shipping within Manila is approximately Php100 and Php150–200 for the rest of the Philippines.

11. WHAT ARE AVA CREDITS?
AVA Credits can be used to buy anything on AVA – it's as good as cash! You get AVA Credits when you:

When you register with AVA, you have 250 Credits emailed for your first purchase.
12. AFTER PURCHASING AN ITEM, AFTER HOW MANY DAYS CAN WE EXPECT TO GET IT?
You will receive your purchase 3–6 days later in a custom-designed AVA gift box.
13. DOES AVA ACCEPT RETURNS?
We do accept returns in exchange for store credits for some items. However, for items that are marked down, all sales are final – a standard practice in the industry. We are very transparent with our return policy. Each item's web page will specify this so that members will have a completely informed decision.

14. WHERE DOES AVA DELIVER?
Our current focus is the Philippine market, and AVA currently ships nationwide. Soon, we'll start shipping internationally for overseas Filipinos who want to support local brands.

We go to great lengths to ensure the authenticity and originality of our merchandise. We only carry reputable brands from reputable partners, while each item is thoroughly checked to ensure its authenticity. We guarantee that you'll have the peace of mind knowing that your AVA purchase is the real deal.
16. HOW DOES AVA DEAL WITH SUSPICIOUS TRANSACTIONS?
AVA takes the security of your shopping experience very seriously. We have a process in place that ensures the security and validity of potentially suspicious transactions. Should we need to verify the validity of a transaction, we may ask you for additional personal information that can help us validate your payment details.
If we conclude based on prima facie evidence that a fraudulent transaction has occurred, we may take any or all of the following actions:
